Jasmine is the founder of ReWorded, a brand strategy and design studio built for business owners who are done playing small. With a background in brand, digital, and creative direction, she helps founders turn strong ideas into brands that feel cohesive, confident, and impossible to ignore. She’s worked with everyone from early stage founders to bigger names like Lancôme, Mercedes, and Hairhouse.
She’s been building things on the internet since the early days, the kid customising MySpace pages, pulling layouts apart, and learning how design can change the way people feel about something in seconds. That curiosity grew into a career focused on one thing, clarity that converts.
ReWorded works across brand strategy, identity design, messaging, and web, with a strong edge in packaging and modern visual direction. Jasmine’s work is known for being bold, clean, and considered, but never generic. The goal is always the same, to create brands that not only look incredible, but actually do the job. Help the right people understand what you do quickly, trust you faster, and buy with confidence.
If you’re building something good and you’re ready to be seen, Jasmine’s in your corner.

On Starting A Business
I’ve basically been building things on the internet forever. I was that kid customising MySpace pages for friends, editing layouts, changing fonts, figuring out how to make something look and feel like “them” before I even knew what branding was.
As I got older and worked properly in brand and digital, I realised most businesses aren’t struggling because their product is bad. They’re struggling because their brand doesn’t communicate what’s actually good about it. The message is fuzzy, the visuals aren’t consistent, the website doesn’t do the heavy lifting, and people bounce before they even understand what the business offers.
That’s the problem I’m most passionate about solving. Helping founders get clarity and cohesion so the business can be understood quickly, trusted quickly, and chosen without hesitation. The goal isn’t “a pretty brand”. It’s a brand that makes sense and sells.

And I’ll be honest, I also love this part because starting your own thing can be scary. You’re backing yourself, putting your name on it, and hoping the world gets it. That’s why you hire someone like me. I’m not scared. You can look at my work and very clearly see I’m anything but quiet. If you’re here not to play it safe, or you’re ready to be seen, I’m here for it.
Overcoming The Biggest Challenges
The biggest challenge has been learning that being good at the work isn’t enough.
Running a service business means you’re also managing energy, expectations, boundaries, and momentum, all at once.
Early on, I could fall into the trap of over delivering, being too flexible, and letting projects expand in the name of being helpful. It’s well intentioned, but it’s not sustainable, and it can actually make the outcome messier.
I overcame it by tightening my process and treating every project like a guided system. Clear phases, clear deliverables, clear timelines, and stronger decision making early, so we’re not “designing our way into clarity”. Now I lead the work like a strategist and creative director, not just a designer, and the results are better for everyone.
Clarity Over Noise
I’ve seen how easy it is for business owners to get pulled into trends, constant content, and adding more and more offers. It feels productive, but it often creates confusion. Confusion kills conversions.
The mindset that’s helped me grow is simplifying until the value is obvious. If someone lands on your website or Instagram and they can instantly understand what you do, who it’s for, and why you’re different, you’re already ahead. I focus on building brands that are easy to trust, easy to recognise, and easy to buy from.

Projects Jasmine has worked on
On Staying Inspired and Motivated on Touch Days
I don’t rely on motivation much. I rely on structure.
On tough days I go back to basics. A simple routine, movement, getting outside, then doing the one task that actually moves things forward instead of spinning in busywork. I’m also big on protecting deep work time because I do my best thinking when I’m not bouncing between tabs and messages.
Creatively, I stay inspired by studying brands like a hobby. Not just aesthetics, but the whole experience. The website flow, the tone, the clarity, the way the visuals hold together across product pages, packaging, content. That’s the stuff that keeps me excited because it’s what makes brands feel real.
On What’s Next
Right now I’m building out more scalable resources and frameworks so founders can access strategy and direction faster, without losing the premium level of quality I’m known for.
Over the next 12 months, I want the business to be known for creating brands that look incredible, but more importantly, work. Cohesive identity, strong messaging, a website that converts, and visuals that feel intentional across everything. The goal is simple, fewer brands that feel like “random pieces”, more brands that feel like a full world.
